Healthy eating the veggie way

More and more people are beginning to explore the health benefits of eating a vegetarian diet. The top three recipes are from Jessica's kitchen, and Marty N. has sent us the Pesto Sauce recipe at the very bottom.

 I've added the remaining ideas from my own recipe box. Some of the seasonings amounts in my recipes may be a little off; I mostly just cook by what "looks right" so I've tried to add spice amounts that are in a good starting range! Add more or less to your own taste, as with any recipe.
